Nominating Committee Request for New Board Members

On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Nominating Committee is requesting those members who desire to serve on the board to reply to this e-mail affirming your decision to be placed into the pool of nominated members.  Election of four directors will be conducted during the annual Member – Member tournament on December 10, 2010.

To be eligible for consideration, by the nominating committee, members must be of good standing in the Men’s Club.  They must be able to attend all board meetings which take place on the second Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM.  In addition, they must be willing to serve as a chairperson or be an active member of such committees as appointed by the Board as a whole.  New Board members will serve a two year term, beginning in January 2011 and ending December 31, 2013.

If you are interested please reply in the affirmative, giving your full name, e-mail address, phone number and approximate number of years as a member of the SLRD Men’s Club.

Nominations must be made before December 2, 2010.
